Receiving emails
You may find that emails automatically generated by the e-skills Passport system are not received by you or your users. To give email notifications the best chance of getting through, please follow these steps:
1. double check that all email addresses are entered correctly;
2. check your junk email folder regularly and tell your email software to accept emails from us (passportinfo@e-skills.com);
3. make sure your users are expecting email from e-skills Passport so that they don’t delete it by mistake; and
4. add us (passportinfo@e-skills.com) to your company'’s incoming email white list. This is a list, stored on your server, of email addresses allowed to be received by your organisation. Your network administrator should be able to easily edit this list.
